Shipping Info

All of our orders are packed in heavy duty, insulated boxes, with plenty of dry ice.

FedEx will deliver directly to your door, and rest assured that all orders are guaranteed to arrive frozen and in good condition.

Orders received by Monday at 12 Noon will ship the same week. All other orders will ship the following week.

If you have any issues with an order that you placed, please send pictures and call immediately upon opening the box. We will work with you to replace any damaged product.
